Dancing Dollz aims to boost the very best of Bollywood dance styles, ranging from fashionable contemporary Bollywood, to upbeat Bhangra and old school classical training including Kathakali and Bharatnatyam. We also aim to promote Health and fitness by focussing on Bollywood workout for the first half an hour of every lesson.
To ensure each student (beginner, intermediate or advanced) is enjoying the benefits of the class, each lesson is divided into two halves.
The first half consists of Bollywood freestyle workout - A mix of modern Indian dance, with a combination of Bhangra, classical Indian, Funk and Hip Hop, performed on the latest Bollywood music.
The second half of the lesson is focussed on taught performance - entails working on movement, body postures, alignment, working in a group, facial expressions and the building up of a performance. They further have options to showcase their talent to a live audience onstage or in musical videos.
The adult classes (Stylish Dollz) now consist of 1 hour Bollywood workout which focus upon teaching a mix of dance steps, whilst giving you a cardio-vascular workout, and helps with toning and triming your body.

Private Lessons
Whether you wish to perfect your dance skills or simply learn to perform an item at your family function, we provide private lessons for individual or groups. These lessons are arranged in accordance to your budget and needs.
Dance styles
Classical Natya: This is a very old classical dance style enriched in Kathakali and Bharatnatyam. These dances have originated from India's old states; Luck now and Tamil Nadu. It involves using Mudras or a short-hand sign language to demonstrate certain concepts such as objects, weather, nature and emotion.
Bollywood Enigma: A fusion of Arabic, Hip Hop, Freestyle, Contemporary other dance styles, performed on the latest Bollywood tracks.
Bhangra Mix: This dance style emerged from the Punjab region of India hundreds of years ago. It is one of the most vibrant, energetic and lively forms of Indian dance. Bhangra can be both traditional and modern and can be performed to traditional and funky music!

The classes are held every Wednesday evening from 7:30pm-8:30pm, and every Friday evening from 5pm-7:15pm. Different age bands have different timings and days. Private lessons are held on weekdays. Please contact us to book yours.
