EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Dancing Dollz shall perform at the venue, times and date stated on the function booking form for the agreed price. Any changes in times and venue must be informed at least 48 hours before the function and it will be at Dancing Dollz discretion if they are able to attend at the new time and venue. Any change in date will be at Dancing Dollz discretion and may incur an additional charge.
- The booking will be confirmed when Dancing Dollz receive a signed booking form with a non refundable deposit.
- A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee will be payable at the time of booking. This deposit will be non refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The balance of the fee must be paid by cheque 5 days before the function or in cash before the start of the performance.
- The client is required to provide one reasonable size changing room for approximately 6-8 people for the performers with light refreshments.
- Dancing Dollz reserves the right for non attendance should events occur beyond their control such as heavy snow, breakdown or illness etc... In this case the full deposit will be returned.
- The client must provide a safe and secure environment to perform and a reasonable size dance floor for the dancers to perform on. The Dance floor must be clear from obstructions during the performance.
- The client must have at the venue a suitable sound equipment to play the CD's to perform to. If a DJ is present prior permission must be granted by the client for them to play the Dancings Dollz's CD's.
- Should any damage occur to the venue which is not caused by the negligence of Dancing Dollz , Dancing Dollz will not be held responsible.
- Dancing Dollz agree to be at the Venue at least 1 hour before the start of there performance and a contact name on the day must be informed prior to the date of the function.
