TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Places on Dancing Dollz - The Academy are strictly on first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, we advise that you enrol and make full payment as soon as possible. The full fee will still apply for those wishing to join during a term. If no spaces are available then your full fee will be returned.
  • Your place is confirmed (subject to availability) on the course once we receive a completed enrolment form and full payment. Please provide an email address so that we can confirm your place. If you do not have an email address then it is your responsibility to check for a confirmation of place and start dates.
  • Those wishing to enrol on the start date of the first session are not guaranteed any places and there details will be taken and they will be informed when there are available spaces.
  • Non-payment of entire fees will mean that your place will not be confirmed in the academy until such time that the full fees are paid up. This is subject to places being available.
  • Dancing Dollz will not be responsible for any delayed enrolments forms and lost payments in the post. Please do not send cash in the post. Once you have enrolled and paid for a term you will not be entitled to a refund unless there is no availability.
  • Those students wishing to pay by cheques are advised to write on the back the full details of the student and the Age Group/ Class attending. Any cheques returned unpaid will incur a £25 administration fee and the student enrolled will be asked to leave until full payment has made.
  • It is the responsibility of all students to communicate to Deepti Arora Makkar or Anupreet Rosie Duggal of any changes in their personal details or any other details by emailing at dancingdollz@hotmail.co.uk or phone Deepti on 07890 990540 or Rosie on 07545 587082. Please do provide all details on the enrolment form.
  • If for any unforeseen circumstances classes are cancelled these will be made up on an alternative date. During bad weather i.e. snow etc it is students and parents responsibility to find out whether classes will be taking place that day.
  • All students are asked to arrive on time ready to start. If you think you are going to be late then please call Deepti on 07890 990540 or Rosie on 07545 587082 well in advance. When arriving late please be silent when entering the studio.
  • Students are kindly asked to wait outside the class and should only enter the class when their class is due to commence.
  • Parents/Guardians coming to collect their children are kindly asked to wait outside patiently and quietly until the class finishes. Please kindly refrain from opening the studio doors as this will distract the students and teacher.
  • The academy is a strictly a no smoking institution, and therefore no student, parent or visitors are allowed to smoke on the premises. Alcohol, chewing of gum and eating is also prohibited.
  • All mobile phones/pagers must be turned off in class by students, parents and visitors.
  • Any student found displaying bad conduct, disturbing classes, regularly arriving late for classes without permission and general misbehaviour will not be tolerated, the student will be asked to leave the course and fees will be forfeited.
  • The course, although of a high standard, are offered for recreational and leisure purposes and the Academy are therefore under no obligation to find work for the students.
  • All students are advised to wear loose clothing. Dancing will be taught with bare feet. No jewellery such as large/loose earrings, long chains/necklaces are permitted to be worn in class. Dancing Dollz would advise to wear a black T-shirt and Trackers during sessions.
  • No cameras and video recording equipment are allowed in classes, except with written permission. All photographs taken by the Academy during the classes are copyright of the academy.
  • Only students whose names are on the registers will be allowed to participate in the class. Individuals who are not on the registers will be asked to leave.
  • Before beginning of any term it is advisable to obtain the approval of your doctor. If you choose not to take permission by your doctor then you are doing so at your own risk and Dancing Dollz will not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur. If you have any health problems please inform at the start of the course and mention on the enrolment form.
  • Dancing Dollz reserves the right of admission and to alter times, days and venues of the sessions.
  • Dancing Dollz will accept no responsibility for any losses of personal possessions at the studio.
  • Dancing Dollz will accept no responsibility for any accidents and injury of any sort sustained whilst being taught by the teacher.
